Citi Developers introduces Amra Residences in the UAE

UAE: Citi Developers has unveiled Amra Residences, a wellness residential resort in Umm Al Quwain’s Blue Carbon Zone.

Located in Al Raudah, Umm Al Quwain, the fully serviced residential development features three luxury towers offering 816 fully furnished apartments ranging from studios to four bedrooms. 

Wellness amenities include cryotherapy, hydrotherapy and hyperbaric chambers, yoga and pilates studios, infinity pools, a rooftop beach club, private marina, mini golf, a bowling alley, and more. 

The project also integrates solar power, seawater reuse, and eco-regeneration via Archireef – a nature tech company focussed on coral reef restoration.

Sales start from AED 690,000 (£114,000) with hand over expected in Q4 2028.
