Indonesia: Property management company Kozystay, in collaboration with construction company Toda Group, will launch the serviced residence project Rasamala & Cendana at Menteng in Jakarta later this year.
The project will see more than 100 apartments located within Menteng Eksekutif Apartment transformed into Rasamala & Cendana at Menteng.
Some residences are available now with a full post-renovation launch is expected by Q4 2025.
Apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and balcony. Amenities include a sauna, gym, tennis court, outdoor swimming pool, a children’s playground, and more.
