Romania: Monarc Development has acquired a €27.5 million project in Grivița with plans to reposition the site as serviced residence concept

The project, now known as Monarc Grivița 166, will feature 89 units across two and three-bedroom configurations. Interior fit-out will be led by Noam Mobili Design, the interior and furnishing division of Monarc Group. 

The building spans a total area of 13,857 square metres, set across a ground floor and eight upper levels, including four underground levels with 104 parking spaces.

Sales for Monarc Grivița 166 are now officially open with all transactions exclusively represented by ANG | Forbes Global Properties – the real estate representation division of Monarc Group and the Romanian affiliate of the international Forbes Global Properties network.
