The project will consist of three buildings: one for the hotel featuring 61 rooms, a second offering 44 serviced apartments, and the third to house a cafe.
Amenities include an all-day restaurant, a terrace restaurant, lobby bar, rooftop bar, a gym, two indoor pools, as well as meeting and event space.Â
It is currently under construction in partnership with ALK Real Estate.Â
“Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences Tivat represents a key milestone in our mission to develop premium properties that shape the Montenegrin coastline,” said Adnan Bajramović, owner of ALK Group.Â
“This project reflects our ongoing commitment to creating integrated, high-quality hotel and residential spaces in exceptional locations. We are proud to partner with Radisson Hotel Group, whose global reputation and operational excellence perfectly align with our values and ambitions. Together, we are setting new standards in the Montenegrin market, combining the quality of an international brand with a deep understanding of local potential, to provide lasting value for guests, investors and the wider community.”
David Jenkins, VP Eastern Europe, business development at Radisson Hotel Group, added:Â “This project perfectly reflects our growth strategy in high-potential locations in the Balkans, in cooperation with reliable and quality partners. Despite increasing demand, the market is still not saturated with international hotel brands, which presents a significant opportunity for Radisson Hotel Group.
