UK: Operator SevenStay Group will open its third Liverpool property on 7 March, located at 60 Old Hall Street in a former gym.

Located in Liverpool’s business quarter, the 44-key property has one- and two-bedroom apartments for one to six guests.

Amenities include an independent gym with discounted access for guests, and a vegan cafe is set to open in April.

Formerly, the site was home to a fitness club. SevenStay has refurbished the property over a 12-month period.

SevenStay owner Andy Shields said the development would appeal to visitors looking for a quieter side of Liverpool, as most aparthotels in the city are in the busy Concert Square district.

“At the weekends, it’s ideal for visitors who prefer somewhere quieter to stay while still being only a stone’s throw from the activity, whether that’s football at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, Mathew Street, the Royal Albert Dock, the nightlife, and everything else the city has to offer,” Shields said.

Elsewhere in Liverpool, SevenStay operates apartments along Bold Street and Fleet Street.
