AUSTRALIA: Sixty serviced apartments to be included in Victoria hotel
A planning application has been submitted for a AUS$14.5 million hotel development north east of Melbourne in Victoria’s Shepparton North.
The application has been submitted on behalf of Ballarat Investments Group.
The 2273 square metre site will include 60 hotel suites, 30 studio serviced apartments and 30 three and four-bed serviced apartments in a contemporary copper-clad building designed by R Architecture.
The hotel will include a communal area featuring a restaurant and lounge with capacity for 115 people and a function room with capacity for 130 people.
Other recent apartment openings in the state of Victoria include City Edge Mildura Motel and Apartments.
