The property includes barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible options, and offers digital services such as app-based check-in and 24/7 access via NFC technology.

Hamm, in the Hamburg-Mitte district, offers central transport links via the Hammer Kirche and Hammer Steindamm underground stations, as well as access to local green spaces and cultural venues.
The opening is part of smartments’ wider growth strategy. The company operates 1,865 units across Germany and Austria in its serviced apartment and student housing portfolio. This is expected to expand to 2,398 units by the end of 2025 with new sites in Bielefeld and Frankfurt, and further growth from its new long-stay brand, smartments home, from 2026.
