UK: Splendid Hospitality Group has appointed Terry Pearce as head of acquisitions and development.
Pearce will look after strategic investment across Splendid’s portfolio, which ranges from hotels and franchised restaurants, to serviced apartments and residential properties.
Pearce has a background in banking (HSBC, Bank of Ireland, and BNP Paribas Fortis), and modular construction – ideal for growing investment and franchise opportunities.
He worked closely with Splendid Hospitality previously, when he was a senior corporate banking manager for HSBC for 10 years.
Splendid Hospitality Group has designed, built and now operates an impressive portfolio of 23 properties, from independent hotels to major brands including IHG, Accor and Hilton.
