Germany: Staycity has opened a 269-unit property at Frankfurt Airport, its third location in Germany.
The new property is located close to central Frankfurt and a seven minute walk from Terminal 2 in Frankfurt Airport. It is also located close to the Gateway Gardens for business guests.
The property offers one-bedroom and studio apartments featuring kitchens/kitchenettes and a sitting and dining space. Facilities within the property include a gym, car park, grab-and-go pantry, and laundry room. There is also a Staycafe on property that sells hot and cold drinks, as well as a 24-hour reception.
Frankfurt is the third location that the Dublin-based apartment group operates in Germany. In 2019, Staycity opened its premium brand Wilde Aparthotel on the Friedrichstrasse in Berlin. It also added a 299-room property in Heidelberg to its estate in June 2021.
Staycity operates 30 properties across 14 European cities, with new locations set to open in Dublin, Paris, and London. By the end of 2022, Staycity will operate 5,500 units across Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, and the UK.
