EU: Aparthotel brand Adagio will deploy IDeaS G3 revenue management system (RMS) across its portfolio of European properties.
The G3 RMS has been adapted to meet the operational demands of medium and long stays.
Powered by advanced analytics, IDeaS offers several features to Adagio, including real-time analysis of market developments and competition, forecasting, and automated revenue management decision-making across a varied range of room-type and length-of-stay product offerings.
Additionally, certification training courses have been put in place to support change management.
To date, 40 Adagio aparthotels have implemented G3 RMS. The deployment is projected to be extended to all European sites by the end of 2024.
Stéphane Ormand, chief commercial officer at Adagio, said: “The adoption of this system – the best on the market for medium and long stays – offers teams both significant time savings and the ability to effectively deploy optimal pricing and revenue management strategies. Integrating artificial intelligence at the heart of our revenue management practices is a profound cultural change and a big leap forward for Adagio.”
Michael McCartan, area vice president, EMEA at IDeaS, said: “We are thrilled to be working with Adagio and their impressive collection of aparthotel properties. It’s been a fantastic collaboration as we’ve worked to meet the tailored needs of their long-stay business model. We’re looking forward to a long and successful relationship marked by efficient and effective revenue strategies across their portfolio.”
