Benedetta Cassinelli, CEO at Considerate Group, said: “We’re thrilled to be embarking on this partnership with Deepki, helping empower the hospitality industry to manage its ESG data effectively and efficiently. Con-Serve combines the scalability of a market-leading real estate platform, with Considerate Group’s proven understanding and insight into hospitality. Con-Serve should be on every hotel chains shortlist as they consider the growing challenges of decarbonisation, compliance and reporting. Stay tuned for more updates and join us in leading the way to a more sustainable future.”

Jan Knapp, head of data services at Considerate Group, added: “The data capture and reporting capabilities of Con-Serve are second to none. Higher quality, consistent data, improves the basis on which decisions are taken, leading to better risk management, improved compliance and ultimately a more effective ESG strategy to mitigate the risk of under-performing and stranded assets. Together with our partners, we look forward to navigating our clients to a world of net zero hospitality, and even beyond that to net positive hospitality.”

Con-Serve originally launched in 2014, two years after Considerate Group was established.

The group’s clients include Aareal Bank, Arrow Global, Brookfield, Dorchester Collection, edyn, Hoxton, H World International, Oetker Collection, RAC, Reform Club, Schroders Capital and Starwood.
