The Netherlands: Serviced apartment provider Corporate Housing Factory has rolled out a new Progressive Web App (PWA) in partnership with Maxxton.

The Maxxton system allows CHF to collate essential information about its apartments and local neighbourhoods, and provide this directly on a guest’s device.

Details including in-room and building amenities, nearby restaurants, shops and medical centres, are all provided on the PWA. Additional discounts from CHF’s partners, recipe recommendations, and sustainability information is also available.

The PWA has been divided into a public and private user experience. The public version features information about all properties within the CHF portfolio. The personal version includes specific details regarding a guest’s stay such as booking documents, as well as communication channels.

Guests are no longer required to download an app. Instead, it can be accessed through a browser link on their smartphone, desktop or tablet.

Cindy Dissels, head of operations at Corporate Housing Factory, said: “With our CHF PWA, we embrace the evolution of hospitality where our residents are explorers of a seamless, personalised journey. From our service desk to your fingertips, every interaction is a gateway to exceptional experiences, weaving together comfort and technology in perfect harmony.”

Martin Meijering, internet consultant at Maxxton, added: “It was truly an inspiring experience to work with such a dedicated team and watch this incredible project evolve. With a strong foundation built using the Maxxton product called Web Manager, I look forward to our future collaboration.”
