In his new role, Dow will be responsible for driving res:harmonics’ commercial function, client generation and customer success as well as its ongoing international expansion.
Dow has extensive experience in commercially-focused roles in the international hospitality sector. For more than 20 years, Dow has led wide-reaching commercial projects and devised bespoke revenue programmes for a range of public and private operators across the UK, Europe and North America. He has worked with organisations including Diamond Resorts, Macdonald Hotels & resorts and The Collective.
