US: Coded, a leader in corporate housing industry software, has announced the completion by Synergy Global Housing of its first phase migration to its cloud based platform – CodeOne.
CodeOne is a cloud-based corporate housing management system that allows users to automate many manual tasks including quoting properties, managing reservations, billing customers and handling the tasks associated with running the day-to-day business.
Accommodation providers using CodeOne additionally receive real-time access to a connected database of live apartment inventory to better serve their clients’ housing needs.
Synergy is now managing more than 3,000 furnished apartments in its EMEA and US markets on the CodeOne platform and sees an estimated cost savings of approximately 25 per cent as a result of switching property management systems.

This regular interaction has provided significant user feedback which has led to new time-saving functionality being added to the product. Staying connected to the corporate housing customers’ needs is our top priority.”
To further support the company’s rapid growth and user adoption, Coded will host a quarterly Product Steering Committee to collaborate with its current customer base and prioritise the product enhancement roadmap. The first session is scheduled to take place in August.
