US: Luxury serviced apartment provider BP Stays has partnered with hospitality cloud platform Mews to streamline operations and support the company’s growth across New York and New Jersey.

BP Stays said it aims to leverage Mews’ technology to enhance automation, increase efficiency, and elevate the guest experience.

Founded in 2018, BP Stays currently operates 85 fully serviced apartments in New York and New Jersey. The brand aims to offer guests the privacy and comfort of an upscale apartment combined with the professional service standards of a boutique hotel.

Through Mews’ integrated platform, BP Stays said it has improved operational workflows, centralised financial reporting, and optimised guest communication. The implementation of the Mews Booking Engine has also driven an increase in direct bookings, enabling the company to reduce third-party commission costs and build stronger relationships with guests.

Ivan Betti, COO of BP Stays, said: “From the beginning, our goal was to offer a sophisticated, fully serviced alternative to Airbnb. As we scale, we need a platform that grows with us, Mews delivers on that and more. Their automation and seamless integrations allow us to maintain the high standards our guests expect while optimising internal efficiency.”

Richard Valtr, founder of Mews, said: “BP Stays is at the forefront of a new era in short-term hospitality. Their ability to merge luxury, technology, and efficiency makes them a standout operator in a competitive market. We’re proud to support their vision and provide the tools they need to continue redefining the serviced apartment experience.”

Mews has recently raised $75 million in funding to expand in the US and DACH region, accelerate AI-powered revenue management solutions and support strategic acquisitions.
