UK: ClearCourse has acquired two hospitality technology brands, gift voucher platform SK Chase and Elina PMS, bringing its total 2026 acquisitions to four.

SK Chase was founded in Edinburgh in 2003. Today, it serves hotels, restaurants and resorts across the world with an e-commerce platform that allows businesses to sell gift vouchers, event tickets, retail items and guest add-ons.

Elina PMS was established in London in 2007 as a cloud-based management platform to assist businesses with direct bookings. Today, its system combines reservation management, invoicing, guest experience, data storage and payments all in one system, serving hospitality venues across the world.

Both businesses will gain access to ClearCourse’s embedded payment platform, ClearAccept. Together, SK Chase and Elina PMS will work alongside ClearCourse to expand the hospitality software choices available to their customers.
