UK: Hospitality platform RMS has partnered with revenue management specialist Right Revenue to help short-term rentals, independent hotels, and serviced apartments boost profits through smarter pricing.
The two companies launched a new integration that enables live data from RMS to flow directly into Right Revenue’s AI-powered system, giving hoteliers access to real-time booking trends, predictive forecasting and automated pricing tools.
By adopting the integration, independent operators should be able to implement more dynamic and strategic room rate strategies, once limited to larger hotel groups.

Right Revenue said its platform delivers daily pricing forecasts up to two years ahead with less than a two per cent margin of error. Hosts should be able to forecast by segment, source, channel, room type and rate type to respond quickly to market changes.
RMS and Right Revenue said users have seen double-digit revenue growth.
The integration offers live KPI dashboards and dynamic rate recommendations based on real-time booking behaviour, helping hosts align prices with demand.
