SINGAPORE: TFE Hotels has announced the opening of two hotels in Singapore under its Adina and Vibe brands.
The expansion is a joint venture with partner and hotel owner, Far East Hospitality, and is the first foray out of Australia for the Vibe brand.
Far East Hospitality first announced it wanted to bring the Adina aparthotel brand to Singapore in 2016.
Adina Serviced Apartments Singapore Orchard will open in July this year.
The property will feature 88 apartments ranging from studios to two- and three-bedroom apartments. Guests can also enjoy a communal lounge, rooftop pool and gym.
TFE Hotels CEO, Antony Ritch said: “From our initial expansion to Europe and New Zealand, we have always envisioned and planned for Adina to be a truly global brand, so a move into Asia was a natural step for us.”
Australian touches at the serviced apartments include a welcome basket of Australian offerings, bathrooms stocked with Sydney-based Ink and Water products, and Dimbulah Coffee and The Source Bulkfoods in the apartment kitchens.
Vibe Singapore Orchard will have 256 rooms and will open at the end of the year.
Adina recently opened a 201-key property in Germany.
