WORLDWIDE: CAP Worldwide Serviced Apartments (CAP) has anounced the appointment of Timothy Munemo to the leadership team.
Munemo previously worked with Greystar, Oakwood and IHG and will now be responsible for continuing the development and growth of the CAP global relationships and partnerships.
He will be working alongside fellow sales ambassadors, Sabrina Carparelli, Francine Migliorati, Kate Scott and Jo Layton.
Munemo said: “I am extremely happy to be joining the highly respected and skilled CAP Worldwide leadership team. My passion to deliver the best possible services in the corporate sector to CAP’s valued clients and global network is my highest priority and I believe this is even more important today during these challenging times.”
Munemo has worked in strategic planning and account development across the hospitality and accommodation sector for over 10 years.
He added: “I have been welcomed so warmly into the CAP family and I am excited to continue to deliver our always evolving and sustainable extended-stay programmes and solutions for our corporate buyers and their travellers. It is a fantastic time to be driving the service delivery of the CAP brand in this sector.”
Jo Layton, CAP CEO said: “I have followed Tim’s career for the last 10 years and I am personally very excited to welcome him to the CAP team. Tim has an incredibly warm and engaging personality, matched with the ability to think through strategic challenges and provide solutions to complex issues, humanising and simplifying processes at every stage. He ensures everyone stays engaged with the project and remains fully at the table. We believe he is immediately a great asset to our ambitious and aspirational team”.
Andrew Hopgood, COO added: “ Tim is well-respected and highly regarded in our sector, and his absolute passion to provide our clients a best-in-class service in the extended-stay sector, including access to our CAP digital eco-system, CAPTURE, allied to his deep knowledge and understanding of the challenges travellers face in the current markets with his experience within operated product with IHG, Staybridge and Greystar, made him a natural choice to invite to join us at the CAP table”.
