UK: Urban Creation has launched two serviced apartment properties in London, in its first foray outside of Bristol.

Situated on Doughty Street in Bloomsbury, Number 5 and 37 Doughty Street will offer 16 studio, one-bed and two-bed apartments.

The serviced apartments, housed in a Grade II listed Georgian building, feature kitchens, shower rooms, TVs, dining areas and single and double bed options. Some apartments also have sofa beds.

Jonathan Brecknell, director of Urban Creation, said: “We are very excited to expand our portfolio into the London market. We entered the serviced apartment market in 2017 with our first property in Bristol. Since then, we have seen this part of our business grow significantly, as more people understand what serviced apartments are, and what they can offer.”

He added: “Our first serviced apartment properties outside of Bristol are in Doughty Street, in Bloomsbury, London. They offer guests a fantastic prime London location, with the quality furnishings and creative modern designs you would expect from Urban Creation.”

The apartments are centrally located close to the British Museum, Charles Dickens Museum and London’s theatreland.

Urban Creation’s portfolio of serviced apartments includes: 5 Doughty Street and 37 Doughty Street in London. The Bristol properties are: Beech House; Alison Court; Charlotte’s Rise and Redmayne House.

The company added to its Bristol portfolio in March.
