Thailand: Frasers Hospitality, the business unit of Frasers Property Group, has signed a management agreement with One Bangkok, the city’s lifestyle district, for 261 serviced apartments.
One Bangkok comprises five office towers, three luxury residential towers, five luxury and lifestyle hotels, four retail precincts, and an entertainment arena. The development aims to be the first LEED-Neighborhood Development in Thailand at Platinum level.
Fraser Suites Bangkok is scheduled to open in late 2026 and will be housed across the top 10 floors of a 45-storey officer tower. Accommodation will range from studios to three-bedroom units, designed for both short and long-term stays.
Amenities include a sky bar and all-day dining restaurant, a resident’s lounge, fitness centre and an infinity pool.
The project will be designed by DWP and Architects 49 Limited.
