Mint House opens latest Denver apartments

US: Tech-enabled flexible living operator Mint House has opened its latest site in Denver, Downtown Union Station, following a refurbishment and expansion of units in a high-rise building.

Located at 1777 Chestnut Place, Mint House has completed a property-wide refurbishment and doubled the site’s capacity, now offering a range of units from studio to two-bedrooms. The project is in partnership with real estate investment company Shorenstein.

The furnished apartments are equipped with a full kitchen, living areas with workspace and a Smart TV. A 24/7 digital concierge is also available.

Guests of Mint House can access amenities within the building such as a fitness centre, rooftop pool and deck, a conference room and more.

Mint House currently has more than 25 properties in 16 cities across the US including New York, Philadelphia, Miami, Austin and Nashville. Recent openings include Dallas, Birmingham and St. Petersburg, Florida.
