Australia: Veriu Group is opening Punthill Norwest, its first Punthill aparthotel in NSW, this week.
Located in Sydney’s Hills District, the latest addition to the group’s Punthill portfolio is close to Norwest Business Park, Hillsong Church, Woolworths Group corporate office, Norwest Hospital and Lakeview Private Hospital, as well as major industrial and manufacturing hubs in nearby Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill and Kellyville. It is a 45-minute drive from Sydney airport.
Occupying a former Adina hotel site, the 106-apartment property will offer guests a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. As well as conference and meeting facilities, it features a swimming pool, an on-site gym and a guest laundry.
Veriu is planning a multi-million-dollar refurb program to the property, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
