US: WaterWalk has gained planning approval for 126-keys in Jacksonville, Florida.
The property will be located at 8895 Perimeter Park Boulevard, near Southside and Butler Boulevard.
Planned for a 2023 summer opening, the four-storey scheme will encompass 74,410 square feet and will have a GDV of $11 million.
Other sites in the WaterWalk pipeline include Boise, Tucson, Phoenix and Huntsville.
Integrated Construction LLC is to lead as contractor for the Jacksonville development.
