BELGIUM: YAYS has opened a 94-key aparthotel in Antwerp’s Diamond District.
Antwerp is the fourth city YAYS has expanded to, following aparthotel openings in The Hague, London, Amsterdam and Paris.
Zachary Schwartz, CEO YAYS group said: “We are proud that YAYS Antwerp Opera is opening! The aparthotel has 94 apartments including studios, one and two bed apartments and penthouse suites for up to six people.
The property, which used to house and insurance company’s offices, is located on the Frankrijklei in the Diamond District.
There is a lobby, or ‘home base’ as YAYS calls it, with a Neighbourhood Wall with tips on the local areas as well as the YAYS Neighbourhood Guide with more insight into local businesses and detailed knowledge of the area.
Zachary Schwartz took the helm of YAYS in March last year and has taken the serviced apartment and aparthotel group through a rebranding.
