UK: Bristol-based serviced apartment provider, Your Apartment, has won the management agreement for a property close to Bristol city centre.
Located just off Park Street in Clifton, 4 Berkeley Square was formerly a guesthouse, which has been transformed into 12 studio apartments and three guest rooms.
The 12 serviced apartments all feature kitchenettes, ensuite bathrooms and super king or twin beds.
There will be access to wifi with space to dine, work and relax.
The property also offers three ensuite guestrooms available to book for shorter stays. They feature mini fridges and tea and coffee making facilities.
Your Apartment properties operate on a contactless basis so guests have access without the need for a reception.
Director and co-founder of Your Apartment, Toby Guest said: “We’re very pleased to announce the launch of our second collection of serviced apartments in Berkeley Square. The location has proven particularly popular with both corporate and leisure guests over the years, we were therefore overjoyed when asked to manage these addition units as part of our rapidly growing portfolio in the city”.
Since it was founded in 2017 Your Apartment has now more than 165 serviced apartments. In December 2020, it launched its first aparthotel concept, Your Apartment Clifton Village, in Bristol. In recent months, it has also opened 10 units in Brixton, London, as well as a further 45 units across Bristol.
