US: Extended stay brand LivAway Suites with developer West77 Partners has begun construction on its latest property in Glendale, Arizona.
Located at 9930 W. Desert River Boulevard, the Glendale property marks the second groundbreaking in the state for LivAway Suites.

Mike Nielson, chief executive officer of West77 Partners and LivAway Suites, added: “The Glendale groundbreaking is exciting as Arizona feels like a second home for LivAway Suites and West77 Partners. Elsewhere in Arizona, a LivAway Suites hotel is under construction with West77 in Tolleson. In 2025, four more locations in the state are due to break ground.
