US: Luxury hospitality brand Pendry Hotels & Resorts has broke ground on its luxury hotel and residential development in Nashville, set to open in 2027.
Developed in partnership with real estate investment and development firms SomeraRoad and Trestle Studios, the project is located in the Paseo South Gulch district and will feature 180 guest rooms and suites along with 146 residences. It will be designed by Nashville-based architectural firm ESa (Earl Swensson Associates Inc.) and New York-based interior design studio Post Company.
Pendry Nashville will offer a ground-floor restaurant and lobby bar, a rooftop pool with a garden restaurant and bar, an indoor and outdoor fitness centre, a writer’s room and library that doubles as a meeting space, a junior ballroom with a show kitchen, and a grand ballroom with a private outdoor terrace. The second floor will also offer 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
Additionally, residents of Pendry Residences Nashville will have access to amenities including a private rooftop pool, dining room, a whiskey and billiards room, and dedicated parking. Apartments will be available for purchase this year including one to four-bedroom units.
