Philippines: Radisson Hotel Group has signed an upscale serviced apartment property with developer Cactus Realty Corporation, located in Salcedo Makati, Manila.
Radisson Serviced Apartments Salcedo Makati will feature at least 162 units designed for corporate and long-stay guests.
Amenities will include a dining venue, flexible meeting spaces, and a gym with a pool.
Ramzy Fenianos, chief development officer for APAC, Radisson Hotel Group, said: “This milestone reflects our strong commitment to the Philippines, where we see significant long-term potential. We continue strengthening partnerships with local developers as more owners entrust our brands to deliver world-class hospitality experiences. This property represents Radisson Hotel Group’s first upscale offering in the country and is a significant step in our growth here.”

The property is scheduled to open in 2026.
Radisson currently operates six hotels in the Philippines with 10 under development, including Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences, Cagayan de Oro, set to open in 2028.
