UK: Bristol-based Your Apartment has announced another opening in the city, Arabica House, offering nine serviced apartments.
The news comes after the company announced last week the opening of a Milton Keynes property later this year.
The new build nine-key Your Apartment Arabica House will offer one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments close to the centre of Bristol.
The collection has been named after the building’s owners love of coffee and existing coffee business.
The 46sqm one bed apartments sleep two to four people, have open plan living areas with kitchens, dining table and a lounge.
The 88sqm two bed apartments sleep four to six people, have open plan living areas with kitchens, dining table and lounge and two bathrooms.
The 114sqm three-bed apartment have open plan living areas with kitchens, dining table for six people and lounge and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer king size beds and the third has bunk beds.
The kitchens in all apartments are well-equipped with nespresso pod machines, dishwashers, oven with hob and grill and microwave.

Your Apartment Arabica House is a few minutes’ walk from Cabot Circus, Broadmead, Castle Park and Temple Meads Station.
