US: Langham Hospitality Group has announced a new luxury hotel and residences inside a designated Seattle landmark.

The 42 storey Terminal Sales Annex Building, which was built in 1916, will house a hotel and residences owned and operated by the group.

The site will be a mixed use development offering 187 guest rooms and suites, spa and fitness and F&B options.

Brett Butcher, CEO Langham Hospitality Group said: “We look forward to bringing the Langahm’s luxury hospitality, which celebrates the everyday, to the heart of Seattle’s central business district at this storied location and building great memories for our guests and the community. The Langham Seattle and its residences will be a powerful testimony to how intelligently-designed mixed use developments can create exceptional value.”

The Langham, Seattle and The Langham Residences are within 10 minutes’ walk of Pike Place Market, the piers and the Seattle Art Museum.

The area also has art galleries, boutique shops and vibrant restaurants and bars. The development is slated to open in 2026.
