CityBlue Hotels opens Kilua Residences in Mombasa

Kenya: CityBlue Hotels has opened its luxury beachfront property Kilua Residences in Mombasa, which caters to both short and long-term stays.

Located along the shores of Shanzu, the aparthotel offers a mix of room sizes from one-bedroom to penthouse suites, as well as an outdoor pool, a full-service spa, a fully-equipped gym, and a dedicated children’s play area.

It has been developed in partnership with Gulf Homes Management Limited.

The opening of Kilua Residences closely follows the announcement Le Mirage Residences in Nairobi, a 256-unit project developed in partnership with SMB Properties.
