UK: Serviced accommodation provider Synergy Global Housing has acquired five serviced apartments in Cork, Ireland.
The new property is located on Saint Patrick Street and offers three recently renovated one-bedroom apartments and two open-plan studio apartments with balconies.
Each apartment comes with a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, along with built-in storage. Services provided by Synergy include meet and greet, self check-in, a welcome pack, and weekly housekeeping.
Charlotte Winter, EMEA general manager, Synergy, said: “To say these apartments will provide an immediate solution to our clients and partners would be an understatement, With more control over rates, we can deliver greater cost savings, especially during periods of limited supply in an area home to many of the globe’s largest businesses across industries spanning tech, cybersecurity and pharmaceuticals. Synergy Patrick Street offers these companies a prime city centre location, effectively eliminating commute times for professionals travelling to the area.”
She added: “As we strategically expand our presence throughout EMEA, our goal is to provide top-tier apartments with great walkability in high-growth locations. We want to make it easy for our clients to conduct business across their key locations, and part of that is looking at ways we can make thoughtful acquisitions aligning with their needs. It starts with location but encompasses all facets of our client’s requirements, including environmental footprint and delivering an exceptional guest experience.”
Synergy is a member of The Ascott Limited, a hotel and serviced residence owner-operator based in Singapore.
