Singapore: Chip Eng Seng Group has introduced its first serviced apartments, operated through its hospitality brand Momentus Hotels & Resorts.
Momentus Serviced Residences Novena, located at 12 Shan Road in Singapore, features 99 apartments ranging from studio, one and two-bedroom units.
The 398-square-foot studios come with a kitchenette and living area, whilst the one and two-bedroom apartments range from 366-square-feet to 861-square-feet. Amenities include a fitness room, swimming pool and BBQ area.
The apartments are housed in a building formerly known as 12 On Shan. It was purchased in March last year for $86.5 million by a joint venture led by Roxy-Pacific with partners Macly Capital and LWH Holdings.
Chip Eng Seng Group CEO Raymond Chia said: “Our goal is to provide a stylish and comfortable sanctuary, delivering re-imagined hospitality experiences that will allow our guests to create cherished memories.”

Momentus Serviced Residences Novena joins the 442-key Momentus Hotel Alexandra as the second property in the portfolio.
