Singapore: Serviced apartment operator Frasers Hospitality has expanded its portfolio of historic properties to six with the opening of Fraser Residence River Promenade, Singapore.
Located on the Singapore River in Roberston Quay, Fraser Residence River Promenade offers 72 apartments. Originally three warehouses built in 1919, the buildings were converted in 2014 and now operate as serviced residences.
The project has been designed to minimise energy consumption, reduce water usage, and reduce the property’s carbon footprint. A Gold Plus rating in Singapore’s Green Mark Certification Scheme has been awarded to Fraser Residence River Promenade.
