US: Hospitality company Choice Hotels International is expanding its Everhome Suites brand with five properties breaking ground in Texas and one in Arizona.
The Texas and Arizona hotels are being developed in partnership with HighSide Companies. Locations include:
• Amarillo (114 rooms)
• Bastrop (114 rooms)
• Brownsville (122 rooms)
• El Paso (122 rooms)
• Waco (122 rooms)
• Yuma (122 rooms)
HighSide has eight projects under construction and plans to start construction on more Everhomes across multiple US markets by the end of 2024.

Launched in 2020 as a new-construction midscale extended stay brand, Everhome Suites is designed to offer guests customisable spaces to live and work during longer-term stays.
