UAE: Serviced apartment group Cheval Collection has signed a management agreement to add a second property in Dubai under its Cheval Maison flag.
The Leadership Pavilion, located in Expo City Dubai, will undergo a renovation and is due to reopen in 2025 under Cheval Maison.
It will offer a mix of 150 studios, one and two-bedroom units, with a rooftop pool, meeting and events space, a restaurant and bar, brasserie and coffee shop. The site’s two existing royal suites will remain.
When complete, Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai will join Cheval Maison – The Palm Dubai, which opened in April 2023.
