UK: Serviced apartment provider National Corporate Housing (NCH) has signed 19 short-stay apartments in King’s Cross London, located in a BTR building developed by Related Argent.
Author Apartments, located in King’s Cross, offers a range of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments for rent.
NCH will offer guests a shorter-term stay across its one and two-bedroom apartments within the complex. Furnished by David Phillips, in-room amenities include a kitchen, dining and lounge area, laundry facilities, and up to two bathrooms. Accommodation is also pet-friendly.
Elsewhere at Author Apartments, amenities include a coworking space, a fitness centre and yoga studio, games room, cinema room, courtyard garden, private dining lounge, and 24-hour concierge.
