US: Choice Hotels’ midscale extended stay brand Everhome Suites has debuted in Nampa, Idaho, marking the third opening for the brand.
Everhome Nampa is the first of eight properties to be developed in partnerships with Highside Companies. It is located 16183 Idaho Center Boulevard.
The four-storey, 122-room extended stay hotel offers fully equipped kitchens in all rooms, a multipurpose lobby space, an outdoor area with BBQs and fire pits, meeting space, laundry facilities, fitness centre, and a self-serve market.
“With over 60 Everhome Suites in various stages of development and an extended stay pipeline of more than 400 properties across four brands, Choice is continuing its leadership and growth in extended stay,” said Matt McElhare, vice president and extended stay segment lead. “We’re excited to officially mark the opening of the third Everhome Suites and look forwarding to demonstrating the brand’s performance as a first mover in lower midscale.”

10 Everhome Suites hotels are forecasted to open within the next year.
