US: Boutique hotel brand Club Quarters Hotels has opened Rusk House Serviced Apartments in Downtown Houston, Texas.
Located at 1051 Rusk Street, the pet-friendly Rusk House offers one and two-bedroom apartments complete with a living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. In-room amenities include smart TVs, a yoga mat, C.O. Bigelow toiletries and more.
The apartments are housed within Club Quarters’ Houston hotel. Guests of Rusk House will have access to hotel amenities including a lounge area, the Table 7 Bistro serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, a fitness centre, and meeting and event space. Self-service laundry facilities are also available.
“Our goal is to provide a place for travellers to feel like they have a home away from home while still having the convenience and ease of a hotel, but with a residential feel,” said John Paul Nichols, CEO of Rusk House and Club Quarters Hotels. “We’re thrilled to see this vision come to life.”
Rusk House Serviced Apartments are now available for both short and long-term stays. It marks the first standalone serviced apartment project that Club Quarters has launched.
Within its hotel portfolio, Club Quarters offers extended stays of more than 28 days across two room categories: studio and deluxe studio. The brand has properties in Houston, Chicago, New York City, Boston, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Washington DC.
