limehome signs 50 units in mixed-use Amsterdam site

The Netherlands: Tech-enabled operator limehome has signed 50 units within in a mixed-use building in Amsterdam. 

The 50 units are spread over four floors of the Ven Amsterdam building.

In 2019, Westmont acquired the Ven Amsterdam development from Omnam Group. The transaction included the 476-room Park Inn Amsterdam City West, the 50-room B-Aparthotel Westgate, 4,000 square metres of conference space, a Holland Casino with a total area of 5,000 square metres, as well as 6,000 square metres of retail space.

The existing aparthotel is currently undergoing a soft refurbishment in line with limehome’s brand standards. It is expected to relaunch this summer.

limehome currently has 6,900 apartments under contract across more than 275 locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Italy and Greece.

In Q1 2024, the company signed 800 units, growing its portfolio by almost 14 per cent.
