Worldwide: Now in its 11th year, entries for the 2026 Serviced Apartment Awards have opened and will close on Friday 27 March 2026.
The global Serviced Apartment Awards are the first and only dedicated awards created for and by the international serviced apartment, aparthotel, extended stay industry.
For 2026, there are 21 award categories available to enter at no cost, including two new categories:
- Best in-room supplier
- Best travel influencer
To submit an entry, visit the dedicated SAA platform HERE and register an account. You can then use this profile to start your entries. You can enter as many relevant categories as you wish.
Progress can be saved and updated at any time. Entries must be formally submitted before the deadline date (Friday 27th March at 23:59 GMT) in order to proceed to the judging round.
Categories will be judged independently by a panel of industry experts. Shortlists are expected in April 2026.
Voting for the people awards – Rising Star, Industry Inspiration and Team of the Year – will also begin in April. The Outstanding Achievement award is an exclusive accolade decided by the SAN team.
The winners will be revealed at a black tie ceremony in London on 11th May 2026.
