Synergy integration with SilverDoor completes

Worldwide: The integration of Synergy Global Housing with SilverDoor is now complete, with both companies now operating as a single unified entity under the SilverDoor brand.

The merger was revealed in August 2025, with the post-merger leadership team confirmed in November that year. 

The combined business now employs more than 400 people across 14 offices. Clients booking through SilverDoor will have access to a unified technology platform and a supply chain that draws on a combined network across 143 countries. 

Stuart Winstone, CEO of SilverDoor, said: “Seven months ago we made a commitment to our clients, our teams, and our partners that this integration would be done properly and done quickly. I’m proud to say we’ve delivered on both. Keeping our clients and partners at the centre of every decision we made was non-negotiable, and the combined business is stronger for it. To have achieved that while bringing together two organisations across 14 countries, in just seven months, is something I don’t think many people thought was possible. It is entirely down to the people on both sides who made it happen.

“On behalf of the whole organisation, I also want to take a moment to mark the end of Synergy as a standalone brand. Henry and Jack built something genuinely special over 26 years. It is a real honour to carry that legacy forward under the SilverDoor name, and I know our combined team will do it justice,” Winstone added.

The combined business will continue to expand through 2026, with plans to open or upgrade offices in Dubai, Riyadh, Shanghai, San Francisco, New York, Houston, and Seattle.

In May, the group will also launch Synergy by SilverDoor – a collection of professionally managed apartments led by Leslie O’Brien, chief product officer, initially across the United States, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.
