UK: Colliers is marketing the Supercity Aparthotel Manchester, located in the Northern Quarter, for offers in the region of £15 million.
The property, located at 20 Church Street, comprises 68 apartments across a mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom units.
Supercity opened the aparthotel in 2018 with design led by Fusion Interiors Group.
