China: Frasers Hospitality, a business unit of Frasers Property, has soft launched a serviced residence property in Wuzhen, a water town south of the Yangtze River. 

Fraser Residence Wuzhen offers 117 apartments with fully equipped kitchenettes, washer dryers, and separate living areas. 

On-property amenities include a restaurant, 24-hour gym, resident’s lounge for reading or coworking, meeting spaces, and a kids’ play zone.

The opening of Fraser Residence Wuzhen forms part of the company’s plan to open 18 serviced and hotel residences across Asia by 2028.
