Spain: Tech-enabled operator Bob W has signed long-term lease agreements for two serviced apartment properties in Valencia, its first in the city.
Bob W Valencia Patraix is scheduled to open in August 2026, developed by Grupo Collado. Bob W will lease the entire 2,916-square-metre building, which will comprise 62 four-person studios and communal space for coworking and a kitchen, as well as a rooftop terrace lounge.
Bob W Valencia Turia is scheduled to open in Q2 2027. The 900-square-metre property will comprise 20 one-bedroom apartments, as well as a lounge and rooftop terrace. The signing forms part of a wider multi-asset partnership between Bob W and the private family office behind the project, with both parties exploring further opportunities across Spain, including future openings in Valencia and Alicante.
Niko Karstikko, co-founder and CEO at Bob W, said: “Valencia continues to attract growing numbers of international visitors, digital nomads and business travellers looking for a more flexible and authentic hospitality experience. It is also one of Spain’s most balanced hospitality markets, with limited seasonality and strong B2B demand, making it a natural fit for Bob W.”
