UK: Newmark has been appointed by Lamington Group to sell its Second Nature Chiswick aparthotel in West London.
Opened in December 2021, the aparthotel features 86 units with fully equipped kitchens, Winnie’s cafe and bar, and a gym. Coworking facilities are also available at Missionworks, operated by Lamington Group.
The property holds a BREEAM Excellent rating, Greengage ECOSmart Platinum certification, and Gold Green Tourism status. It operates as a fully electric hotel powered by renewable energy, and is certified carbon neutral under ISO 14064.
Marcus Kinsella, head of operational hotel agency at Newmark, is leading the sale. He said: “This is a highly compelling investment opportunity, combining institutional-quality real estate, an established extended-stay operating platform and market-leading sustainability credentials. As investors place greater emphasis on energy efficiency and long-term asset resilience, assets of this quality and differentiation are increasingly difficult to find.”
