UK: Numa Group will open Native by Numa Fitzrovia this October, adding 29 rooms and apartments to its central London portfolio.
The property occupies a converted former convent on Margaret Street and will offer double rooms, studios and one and two-bedroom apartments. Kitchens or kitchenettes are available depending on the accommodation type, while unit sizes range from 21 to 43 square metres.
Native by Numa Fitzrovia has been designed to accommodate short city breaks, business trips and extended stays. Facilities include living and working areas, high-speed Wi-Fi and self-catering amenities.
The conversion has retained original features including the building’s arched sash windows, with interiors using bold colours, layered textures and retro-inspired furniture.
Guests will have access to Numa’s digital operating system, which includes self-check-in, contactless property access and digital guest services.
Philip Lassman, managing director for the UK and Ireland at Numa Group, said: “Native by Numa Fitzrovia is a wonderful example of how we bring together the character of historic buildings with the flexibility and convenience today’s travellers are looking for.”
He added: “The careful restoration of the former convent, alongside the thoughtful design approach, has created something truly unique within our London portfolio.”
The opening follows Numa Group’s acquisition of Native Places in 2024. Native now operates as the group’s premium lifestyle aparthotel brand in the UK.
Native by Numa Fitzrovia is located close to Oxford Street, Soho and Bloomsbury. Bookings are open, with nightly rates starting from ÂŁ179.
