Austin-based aparthotel company Locale has launched its first West Coast property in Dogpatch, San Francisco.
Locale has taken units at The Landing, a new 263-unit complex, for guests seeking stays of 30 nights or more. Locale San Francisco at The Landing will manage 35 units ranging from one to three bedrooms for business or leisure travellers and extended stay guests.
Amenities include Latch keyless entry, a Google Home Mini in-room, a co-working lab and coding room, rooftop park and terrace, and a gaming and theatre room. Locale has partnered with Four Hands furnishings, Manduka yoga mats and blocks, Fellow pour-over kettles, Parachute linens and towels, and Tuft & Needle’s T&N Mattress.
“The trend of aparthotels is an entirely new hybrid of travel that’s gaining more and more traction with time. By combining the best qualities of boutique hotels, such as elevated amenities and concierge services, with the freedom and comfort of apartment-style living, this new concept is gaining momentum and is particularly popular among extended-stay travelers, or those simply looking for a more curated travel experience,” said Nitesh Gandhi, founder and CEO of Locale. “All locations are fully furnished by Locale designers with curated touchpoints integrated throughout the guest experience. Luxury is in the details, and when guests are seeking extended stay travel, they know that they can rely on Locale for an elevated, curated and stylish experience.”</p
