UK: The Apartment Service is conducting the surveys which will form the basis of the research for the 2020/21 Global Serviced Apartment Industry Report (GSAIR).
Respondents are invited to complete the survey most relevant to them, either operator, booking agent or corporate buyer of serviced apartments.
The Global Serviced Apartments Industry Report (GSAIR) is the authoritative industry report which surveys demand and supply trends in the world’s extended stay and serviced apartment market. The GSAIR is the only report that covers perspectives and opinions from all interested parties – corporate buyers, agents and apartment operators.
The first GSAIR was published in 2008 – this next edition will be the eighth and will be available in digital format from Feb 2020. Printed copies will be available at cost.
Detailed research is also an essential element of the report’s industry standing, so once again we are surveying corporate buyers, travellers, RMCs/TMCs and serviced apartment operators about key drivers in purchasing and consumption; industry challenges, threats and opportunities.
